Following the resignation of Green Party Councillor, Miranda Jones, there will be a by-election on Thursday 5th May in Uppingham to elect her replacement.
We are pleased to introduce Giles Clifton as our Conservative candidate for the forthcoming by – election in Uppingham. Giles has a background working for a major national agricultural association, ensuring that farmers and rural communities are heard. He has also worked in the retail sector and is passionate about our high street.
